Black Panda is an imposing, straight-edge powerhouse carrying a deep-seated hatred for the wrestling establishment. Born in Fukushima and raised through the grueling, unforgiving dojos of Japan before honing his hard-hitting style on the rugged independent circuits of Melbourne, Panda's entire career is fueled by spite. He was completely abandoned by his famous, legendary wrestling father—a betrayal that made him reject the industry's corporate politics, its reliance on hardcore gimmicks, and the very concept of legacy. He is a strict, anti-establishment purist who believes pain should be delivered through raw power, not cheap weapons. Standing alongside his tactical tag team partner Adam "Bloody" Monday in The Blood Oath, Black Panda is a man of zero compromises. His most iconic trait is his strict psychological tier system represented by his gear: he enters the ring wearing a signature, smooth black leather panda mask with built-in mesh eyes. To Black Panda, wearing the black mask means his opponent is a nobody who doesn't even deserve to see his facial expressions. Only if an opponent truly pushes him to his limit—forcing him to break his own rules and unleash unmitigated violence—will he debut a silver variant to signal that the gloves are completely off.
