Bad Juju #4 reveals new division AND new champion!

April Monday activated the Femina Imperium Championship and crowned a first champion in the same night on episode four — but the Gauntlet that produced Roxie Roche as champion has left more questions than it answered, and at least one of those questions has Scarlett Vice's name on it.

April Monday made the biggest structural announcement in Spinebuster PRO's short history on episode four, activating the Femina Imperium Championship and crowning a first champion before the night was over — though the circumstances surrounding the Gauntlet match will be scrutinised for some time.

Monday opened the show by calling every woman on the active roster to the ring and formally announcing the Femina Imperium Championship. A Gauntlet match was set for later that evening to crown the inaugural champion. The announcement drew immediate jostling from Amber Rizzoli and Scarlett Vice, with Vice making her position plain: the title should not go to Daisy Mae DuPris.

Rey Manta made his in-ring debut for Spinebuster PRO against Munchy Man and delivered a statement. The match lasted under six minutes. Manta's Abyssal Wing — a lifting reverse STO — ended proceedings cleanly. He did not speak afterward. He did not need to.

In the tag tournament semifinal, Media Trial defeated the Marsupials of Mayhem to advance to the final. The finish was disputed — Drop Bear had Balkin in a military press when BookFace intervened from the floor, hooking Drop Bear's ankle and causing the collapse. The referee's position allowed it. Kid Koala, restrained at the barricade, watched The Bullseye Kid retrieve the graffitied hoodie from ringside and stomp it once, deliberately, before dropping it. The hoodie chapter of this rivalry has reached a new register.

The Femina Imperium Gauntlet produced Roxie Roche as the first-ever champion after surviving every entrant. The final moments of the match, however, are under review. Daisy Mae DuPris drew the final entry — the crowd reaction to her number being revealed was among the loudest the Bayou has produced — but before she entered the match she was opened up against a turnbuckle bracket in an incident that occurred away from the referee's sightline. Scarlett Vice was present in the vicinity. DuPris entered the match compromised and did not win. Roche was declared champion. Vice was seen watching from the stage as Roche's hand was raised.

A backstage segment showed Harry Balkin Jr. approaching Amber Rizzoli with what he framed as a professional proposition. Rizzoli did not commit either way.

Gruff Veracity and Elvis Hunt had a brief locker room exchange. Veracity wants a rematch with no time limit. Hunt agreed, then apparently asked Veracity to intercede with April Monday on his behalf personally. The nature of that intercession was not clarified but context suggests it was not professional.

  • Media Trial def. The Marsupials of Mayhem via pinfall — Tag Tournament Semifinal

  • Roxie Roche def. Scarlett Vice, Daisy Mae DuPris, Carmen Cruz, and Amber Rizzoli — Femina Imperium Gauntlet — Roxie Roche is the inaugural Femina Imperium Champion
